When it comes time for what to wear for a special event it’s especially fun designing a piece that takes the occasion, your favorite ideas, flattering fit and fabric into consideration to create something that is all YOU. Let’s make something original together!

Custom Pattern Making
One of my favorite aspects of what I do is pattern drafting. It’s the place where art and design meet math and flat paper to create three dimensional shapes you can wear! From the basics of body measurements I’ll develop a 'sloper', a paper template of your shape, from which we can create anything you’d like to wear… and it will fit YOU. Perfectly.

Beautiful Construction
I’ve always believed that clothing - just like people - are at their best when built beautifully from the inside out. When we develop beauty with patient care it shines on the outside doesn’t it? I build my clothes that way too. Tried and true couture methods, hand applied techniques, and clean finished seams define pieces that are built to last.
About Me
I’ve been sewing my whole life. It began with altering patterns and making my own clothes as a young girl on my moms’ sewing machine. I had legs and arms that were just too long for those 70's flared jeans and double-knit tops and I wanted to fit in. My interest in making things that fit right became an obsession! I studied tailoring, fabric & textiles and clothing construction in my college years, and eventually completed additional professional certifications in Pattern-Making and Haute Couture Techniques at the Fashion Institute of Technology, here in New York.
I’m an artist who’s favorite materials happen to be fabric, thread, and vintage details.
I’m passionate about what makes a woman
